BRANCH MANAGERS
Dynamic, entrepreneurial and visionary leaders with proven solid management track record.  Must be able to lead, manage and inspire an organization while promoting an entrepreneurial business culture.   Must have demonstrated a solid business development aptitude with proven success in generating sustainable growth in revenue and profitability.  Must have a track record of success. Bachelor’s degree required.

§         Business development

§         Profit & loss responsibility

§         Hire/train/coach and build a highly motivated team

§         Implement management activities

STAFFING SPECIALISTS
Motivated and high energy individuals with 3+ years recruiting or sales experience.  Must have excellent communication and relationship development skills.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.  The ability to work in a team environment.  Responsibilities include:

§         Recruitment of qualified employees to staff accounts

§         Evaluate qualifications of applicants by interviewing, reference checking etc.

§         Staff companies with qualified employees

§         Responsible for maintaining contact with existing accounts through personal client visitation

§         Responsible for updating clients in a timely manner on results of staffing efforts

ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Energetic and motivated individuals with 3+ years of sales or business development experience.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a desire to excel.  Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.  Demonstrated proven ability to build relationships with top individuals in larger companies.  This position has the potential of leading into branch manager position.  Responsibilities include:

§         Bottom line oriented

§         Ability to build relationships and bring on new clients

§         Service existing clients

§         Assist the branch manager and staffing specialists

§         Proactive with clients, prospects and internal staff

§         Ability to work with automated databases

DIRECT PLACEMENT RECRUITERS
Motivated and high energy individuals with 3+ years of proven technical recruiting experience.  The ability to work a full desk with excellent communication and written skills.  These individuals will have proven the ability to develop new business while increasing revenue with existing clients.  Responsibilities include:

 

§         Generating new business and increasing existing accounts

§         Pre-qualifying candidates for appropriate job orders

§         Source companies for appropriate candidates

§         Verify candidate references

§         Coordinate technical interviews

§         Ability to work with automated databases
