The creation of innovative programs, such as On-Site Management, has helped Barrett become one of the leading staffing services in the industry.  Through this program, we place talented full-time staffing coordinators at our customer’s place of business.  Whether it is overseeing the packaging of cosmetic displays, the assembly of telecommunications products, or staffing a complete “cleanroom” for the production of medical devices, our on-site coordinators manage all aspects of employee relations for our customer.  They recruit, test, interview and hire all of our staff on-site.  They conduct orientations and work closely with our customer’s supervisors to ensure high quality, safety and productivity.  Coordinators are also responsible for keeping our customers well informed with various management reports.
