Reporting to the Manager of HR/Operations, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Serve as resource for employees on company policies, programs, procedures and benefits, translating documents and information as needed
Support recruiting efforts by preparing and posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, processing background checks, coordinating with agencies
Collect all new hire paperwork and enter into payroll/HRIS in a timely and accurate manner; follow-up on missing paperwork as necessary
Assist with benefits problem resolution, including COBRA; review and reconcile all benefits vendor invoices on a monthly basis
Assist with managing/tracking Leaves of Absence, including preparation of disability/leave paperwork
Assist with Safety and Worker\\\'s Compensation program including investigations, reports and claims
Maintain current and terminated personnel files. I-9s
Assist with time keeping and EE documents regarding payroll processing
Perform other clerical tasks, such as photocopying and filing
MUST be bilingual in Spanish with the ability to translate documents from English to Spanish as needed
Minimum 2 years related experience in a professional HR environment.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and interpersonal skills
Very strong customer service orientation
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability manage multiple projects with varying priorities simultaneously
