We continue to experience a demand for the traditional types of replacement or supplemental staff needed to handle short-term assignments to cover for an employee out on vacation, seasonal shifts in business or Family Medical Leave, as a few examples. Many of these assignments, however, arise due to employee turnover. We find someone qualified from our pool of employees who has already been tested, interviewed and shares our commitment to doing an excellent job, or we will recruit for specific job skills.
